Mid-Life Mom Reset
Being a mom often means trading our self-care routines for dance carpool, basketball practice, and traveling to all weekend soccer tournaments. Between work, home duties, and parenting, it is easy to lose track of what matters to us around our health.
My 12 Week ‘MidLife Mom Reset’ Program supports moms in getting back in touch with their personal health priorities, supporting them physically and emotionally to live their ‘best lives’. The program includes:
* Supporting clients in creating a personal health vision
* Weekly bespoke sessions around clients’ individual needs and desired areas of focus. Sessions will include guiding clients in setting weekly nutrition and physical activity goals, and proactively and positively tackling challenges around schedules and logistics.
* Weekly session summaries with detailed notes on the session and the weekly goals/action plans created for clients
* Availability via email and text throughout the week
What the MidLife Mom Reset is NOT:
* A prescriptive program in which we will tell you what to eat and what to do. This program provides education, guidance, and support in helping you leverage your strengths, and finding what works for YOU based on your personal interests, schedule and food preferences.

Healthy Parenting Program
Recommended for parents of toddlers through pre-teens
This 12-week program is for parents with toddlers through pre-teens to gain the education and support around raising your kids to develop and maintain healthy habits through various ages and stages.
It can be challenging in a technological world filled with ultra-processed foods to know what our north star is as far as parenting priorities around health. This program focuses on the priorities of the parent client, and helps them come up with plans around implementing healthy habits for the whole family.
The program includes:
* Supporting parents in creating a health vision for their families
* Weekly bespoke sessions around clients’ individual needs and desired areas of focus. Sessions will include guiding parents in setting weekly goals around nutrition and physical activity for the family
* Weekly session summaries with detailed notes on the session and the weekly goals/action plans created for the family by the client
* Availability via email and text throughout the week
What the Healthy Parenting Program is NOT:
* A prescriptive program in which a parent is told exactly what to feed their families, or what habits to implement for their family in regard to physical activity and screentime. This program is about educating, supporting and guiding the parent in implementing their own family habits and traditions around health.
Session Topics May Include:
* Quick and Easy Family Meal Prep
* Packing well balanced lunches (that are pleasing to your children)

The Teen Program
This 12 Week Teen Health Program involves helping educate and empower teens to live their healthiest lives. I use the ‘Stoplight Health’ approach to teaching teens about nutrition.
The program also includes:
* Supporting teen clients in creating a personal health vision
* Weekly bespoke sessions around clients’ individual needs and desired areas of focus. Sessions will include guiding teens in setting weekly goals around reducing red light foods/increasing greens and setting exercise plans
* Weekly session summaries with detailed notes on the session and the weekly goals/action plans created for teens and parents
* Availability via email and text throughout the week for both teens and parents
What the Teen Health Program is NOT:
* A prescriptive program in which a child/teen is put on ‘a diet’. This program is about education and support in helping teens make their own healthy decisions and leverage their strengths so that they can live their best, most vibrant lives. I focus on building and expanding on healthy habits/preferences the teens already have while stretching them to also consider new ideas/perspectives.
Session Topics May Include:
* Setting teens up for success in the house
* Tracking food intake with Stoplight Colors
* Setting goals
* The MyPlate Model for building a well-balanced plate
* Strategies for mindful eating
* Identifying /hunger and fullness cues
* Identifying whole grains
* Reading a food label
* Strategies for managing stress
* Habit Loops: re-creating patterns around eating
* Eating out at restaurants
* Getting support from family/friends
* Rolling with setbacks
* Fueling for sports and activities
