What would you do if someone told you that you could take the first step toward a healthy and happier you?
“I guide and support my clients in making healthy changes to their lives so that they can develop the habits to reach their full potential physically and emotionally. I take a balanced approach to wellness with the ultimate goal of helping clients feel their most healthy, energetic and confident." - Esther Levy, Founder & CEO, NBC-HWC, Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor
What I believe
Health is not just about what we put in our bodies and how often we exercise. I believe that health and wellness is a multidimensional construct that also includes our relationship with others, satisfaction with our jobs and careers, our emotional state, our intellectual pursuits, and our spiritual connectivity. Through the health coaching process, we work through the many aspects of a client’s health through a client-centered model. Progress is not in one straight line. Life is filled with twists and turns- we don’t seek perfection in our health habits, but we strive for a sense of balance and inner joy.
My Core Values:
Empowerment: I give clients the knowledge and tools to take control of their own health.
Support: I provide ongoing encouragement and a safe space for clients on their journey.
Sustainability: I focus on building habits that last a lifetime, not quick fixes.
Positivity: I believe that health and wellness should be an enjoyable and uplifting
About Me:
I guide and support my clients in making healthy changes to their lives so that they can develop the habits to reach their full potential physically and emotionally. My sessions involve taking inventory of a client's needs/desires around personal health goals and then supporting clients in setting incremental weekly goals around nutrition and exercise. Session topics are client-driven, and I provide the structure, accountability, encouragement and education/ideas to help clients feel their most healthy, energetic and confident, setting the ground for a lifetime of consistent, healthy habits.
