Teen Program

$200/Week, Comprehensive 12-Week Program.

Our 12 Week Standard Teen Health Program involves helping educate and empower teens to live their healthiest lives. I use the ‘Stoplight Health’ approach to teaching teens about nutrition.

  • Supporting teen clients in creating a personal health vision.

  • Weekly bespoke sessions around clients’ individual needs and desired areas of focus. Sessions will include guiding teens in setting weekly goals around healthy eating and setting exercise plans.

  • Weekly session summaries with detailed notes on the session and the weekly goals/action plans created for teens and parents.

  • OHCC Customized Toolkit on Relevant Nutrition/Physical Activity Topics.

  • (Availability via email and text throughout the week for both teens and parents).

❋ Session Topics May Include:

A prescriptive program in which a child/teen is put on ‘a diet’. This program is about education and support in helping teens make their own healthy decisions and leverage their strengths so that they can live their best, most vibrant lives. I focus on building and expanding on healthy habits/preferences the teens already have while stretching them to also consider new ideas/perspectives.

  • Creating new habits takes time.  Over my years of experience, I have found that a three month program gives clients time to experiment with and hone the healthy habits they would like to establish over time.  Once the three month program is completed, clients have the opportunity to continue on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis if they would like additional support over time. 

  • The twelve week program is $200/week ($2400 for the three month program). 

    Individual consulting sessions are $220 per session. 

  • I meet with the client to learn more about their needs, share more about what the health coaching process is, and we determine together if this is a good fit.  Health coaching involves effort from both coach and client. Clients that are most successful are ready to make change, try new things, and work to implement the changes with my support and encouragement. 

  • All sessions are on Zoom so that I can accommodate all time zones and schedules.  Once you sign up, you will be sent a link to my calendly page so you can book around your personal schedule.
