MidLife Mom Reset

Being a mom often means trading our self-care routines for dance carpool, basketball practice, and traveling to all weekend soccer tournaments. Between work, home duties, and parenting, it is easy to lose track of what matters to us around our health. My 12 Week ‘MidLife Mom Reset’ Program supports moms in getting back in touch with their personal health priorities, supporting them physically and emotionally to live their ‘best lives’.

$200/Week, Comprehensive 12-Week Program.

  • Supporting clients in creating a personal health vision.

  • Weekly bespoke sessions around clients’ individual needs and desired areas of focus. Sessions will include guiding clients in setting weekly nutrition and physical activity goals, and proactively and positively tackling challenges around schedules and logistics.

  • OHCC Customized Toolkit on Relevant Nutrition/Physical Activity Topics.

  • Weekly session summaries with detailed notes on the session and the weekly goals/action plans created for clients.

  • (Availability via email and text throughout the week).

A prescriptive program in which we will tell you what to eat and what to do. This program provides education, guidance, and support in helping you leverage your strengths, and finding what works for YOU based on your personal interests, schedule and food preferences.

  • Creating new habits takes time.  Over my years of experience, I have found that a three month program gives clients time to experiment with and hone the healthy habits they would like to establish over time.  Once the three month program is completed, clients have the opportunity to continue on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis if they would like additional support over time. 

  • The twelve week program is $200/week ($2400 for the three month program). 

    Individual consulting sessions are $220 per session. 

  • I meet with the client to learn more about their needs, share more about what the health coaching process is, and we determine together if this is a good fit.  Health coaching involves effort from both coach and client. Clients that are most successful are ready to make change, try new things, and work to implement the changes with my support and encouragement. 

  • All sessions are on Zoom so that I can accommodate all time zones and schedules.  Once you sign up, you will be sent a link to my calendly page so you can book around your personal schedule.
