Healthy Parenting Program
$200/Week, Comprehensive 12-Week Program.
This 12-week program is for parents with toddlers through pre-teens to gain the education and support around raising your kids to develop and maintain healthy habits through various ages and stages. It can be challenging in a technological world filled with ultra processed foods to know what our north star is as far as parenting priorities around health. This program focuses onthe priorities of the parent client, and helps them come up with plans around implementing healthy habits for the whole family.
Supporting parents in creating a health vision for their families.
Weekly bespoke sessions around clients’ individual needs and desired areas of focus. Sessions will include guiding parents in setting weekly goals around nutrition and physical activity for the family.
OHCC Customized Toolkit on Relevant Nutrition/Physical Activity Topics.
Weekly session summaries with detailed notes on the session and the weekly goals/action plans created for the family by the client.

A prescriptive program in which a parent is told exactly what to feed their families, or what habits to implement for their family in regard to physical activity and screentime.
This program is about educating, supporting and guiding the parent in implementing their own family habits and traditions around health.

Creating new habits takes time. Over my years of experience, I have found that a three month program gives clients time to experiment with and hone the healthy habits they would like to establish over time. Once the three month program is completed, clients have the opportunity to continue on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis if they would like additional support over time.

The twelve week program is $200/week ($2400 for the three month program).
Individual consulting sessions are $220 per session.

I meet with the client to learn more about their needs, share more about what the health coaching process is, and we determine together if this is a good fit. Health coaching involves effort from both coach and client. Clients that are most successful are ready to make change, try new things, and work to implement the changes with my support and encouragement.

All sessions are on Zoom so that I can accommodate all time zones and schedules. Once you sign up, you will be sent a link to my calendly page so you can book around your personal schedule.
