I lost about 15 pounds of menopause weight gain over my time working with Esther, but my greatest improvements were learning about and incorporating healthier habits into my daily routines. These changes will benefit me for the rest of my life (such as drinking more water, eating breakfast and snacks each day, making healthier food choices, finding new exercise routines that I enjoy, etc).
